If I were doing it, I would glue 3, clamp and set aside. glue three...etc.

Glue three until you have 30 or so 1/8" x 2 1/4" x 15"

When I glued the last three I would then start again with the first ones I glued.

Glue them in sections of two or three until...you are done.

I guess...That's my thoughts.

Thanks Larry, 3 at a time could take a long time, but what do i know about the glueing process, that's why i'm asking.,Looks like i may have to use wider pieces to speed things up.I have thoughts on setting up a glueing rack just for bowls.I'd have to draft up a picture to show you that may speed up,the process. Thanks for the input.Every little tip helps me from spinning my wheels endlessly. :)

Ok here's what i have to work with.Being laided out now i see i need lot's more white wood to compliment it.There's about 50 pieces here and will be cut in half making over a hundred for a blank to work with.I threw the yellow pencils in so you can see they are very thin pieces, lots of glueing.post-1607-0-11987200-1401822336_thumb.jpg

Morning Larry, No real big hurry, It's just i have to think things out to save as many steps as i can, literally. My motion and lifting and walking is dramatically reduced being hurt. I want to do as little as possible one time to save the ME, lol.My glueing table is now portable and is heavier than i want. Thanks for your concern! :)

a glue roller will help speed the process of spreading that much glue.

if you smoosh and wiggle each piece tight to the one before it you will get a pretty secure bond pretty quickly.

I do cutting boards with my kids at school, 10-20 rows total. Their instructions are to flip all of the pieces so the gluing edges are up then spread a layer of glue over the whole thing. Be careful not to get too thin, more is better, but not too much either. (like Goldilocks...just right) then flip each piece and smoosh and wiggle them tight as you go. then use pipe clamps to clamp it all together.

Evenly space the clamps and alternate clamps on the top and bottom to even out the clamping pressure and keep the board flat. Parallel screw clamps are nice along the edges to keep all the pieces aligned so they keep the board flat.

The smoosh and wiggle technique is the technical term for squeeze the extra  air out of the joint so that you could probably pick up two pieces because of the surface tension and lack of air bubbles.

Worked in the sun today a little.post-1607-0-21481500-1402099974_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-05783300-1402100006_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-97186300-1402100034_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-27125000-1402100060_thumb.jpg It was so hot .i went in got the drill and three screws came back out, set the screws down, drilled three holes ,switched bits and grabbed the screws  but were to hot to hold in just a few minutes.Cut a 2" x 4" in half down to 19"  Forstner drilled 4- 3/4" holes concurrently,Slid the pipes on and there i go. A glue up table for blanks! There's only 10" of wood in it and am not sure i like the look .I think some wider bands of color might fix it up?I'm going to go 12.5 inch's long and cut it down to 12,5 wide so it will fit in the ryobe 13" planner.??The wood is aprox,3/4wide each piece.right now there's about 40 stick's on the table.Maybe i'll need 13 more pieces to get it to 12.5.The gray board is formicaed so glue scrapes right of
