amazingkevin
Hah, got your curiosity, lol !!This is a "the scrollsawartist.com" SUEMEY'S pattern It's in 3/4" 12 ply plywood , cut with a few different scroll reverse blades #9#7 and #3.The wood was oak ply and tough to cut on number 5 on the yellow dw788 speed control. This saw i wore out last year or the year before and bought valvoline synthetic grease and disassembled as much as i could and regreased all the bearings i could get out.Only two i needed a press for so they are the same as before. After the regreaseing you would never know the machine is sloppy and wore out.Anything above 5 on the speed and it would hammar. No more, but I stay 5 or less not to push it.It's doing just fine. My rocking table was as I thought.A lot of saw dust behind the degree wheel.I blew it out and now it's solid and no rocking.
