amazingkevin
Most any 2/0 blades work well, try a sample to see if they will work for your application.Young kids puzzles require thicker blades so the pieces go together very easy for little hands.I used the 2/0 puzzle blade for the steve good dollar bill puzzle and it worked good for the 1/8" wood the dollar was glued to.One thing to make sure of with puzzles is making absolutely certain the blade is running a true 90 degree's square to the saw table. If not the pieces won't go together easy or at all.
