What adjustments have you tried Joe? Have you the proper tension on the blade? You should be able to adjust the tension with the knob on top of the back arm. The blade should have a fairly high pitch when flicked with finger.

Hi, there is lots of info an adjusting the EX 21 on the web, have a search, I have EX 30.

I dont run at top speed,  I have turned the Motor at the back of the machine until the front to back movement of the blade is at its minimum.

all the info is out there, I think I also read in depth article by Shiela Landry (?)

Maybe there is a fault , but try the adjustments

Yes, let us know. I'm interested.

And on that, it is interesting what you will find when you search for a topic.

I did a search on 'vibrating blade'. I found, again, that Target has everything:

Find Blades Vibrating Today. Shop Blades Vibrating at Target.com.

 And another one:

A futuristic bladed weapon that has Absurd Cutting Power due to the fact that it vibrates.

So maybe a little vibration is good.

all know. Thanks again for all your help I don't know what I would do without this great group, and that goes for all

of you.

Thanks,
