I just noticed a squeek squeek noise. I was hopeing that it just needed oil or grease .OPlease no down time. Ends up it was a broken bolt on the top arms in the front. The bolt broke on the second thread. Lowes had a m4 metriic bolt and i got one with the shalf extra long so it breaking on the threads again is not going to happen.I double nutted it.Quick fix. Just glad i did'nt have to open up the machine as it's like working on a watch.Look for the new shiny bolt thats the one that broke.post-1607-0-15578800-1409015986_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-94374300-1409016000_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-25114800-1409016016_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-83596900-1409016032_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-31449100-1409016052_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-88989300-1409016066_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-65250800-1409016085_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-56766300-1409016119_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-47529700-1409016140_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-17454800-1409016177_thumb.jpg

I don't mind digging in the dew 788 but it takes so long to take apart and put together you really need to pack a lunch when doing so. I got off easy this time. I don't wish taking one apart on anyone. They have been a blessing to me . First time i turned one one i was waiting for it to start.but it was already running as silent as a sleeping kitten and no vibration .i was and still am amazed  at them
