You want to show a piece of work you did, but don't know who did the pattern?  I think you can, I notice not everyone states who did the pattern every time.  I would just state it is unknown.  Hope that answers your question.

Well worked out Scrappile I think that's what Frank is trying to explain or something made for him who he doesn't know who the pattern maker is. Are we right Frank?

You can't upload the pattern unless you are the pattern maker.  However, you can upload a picture of the finished product.

I've had some Communication with him he's concerned about showing his works on the bragging page but he doesn't know the artist who designed it is it ok to post his work I say yes but not share the pattern. Although Frank and I are in a very unique position as Mexico never signed the copy right treaty so frank and I can share with each other.

The answer is NO to upload pattern unless you are the artist but yes to the picture of the cutting.
