ike Posted October 2, 2014 Report Posted October 2, 2014 I was given a bundle of cedar 3/8 thick 20 inches long and 2 1/2 wide. I never refuse any wood I can't think of what to make out of it???? IKE Quote
Wilson's Woodworking Posted October 2, 2014 Report Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) That would work perfect for the sides of the boxes like Jim Finn makes. You could even glue some together to make the box tops. Edited October 2, 2014 by Wilson's Woodworking amazingkevin and Jim Finn 2 Quote
DWSUDEKUM Posted October 2, 2014 Report Posted October 2, 2014 Boxes are good, 5 lengths of that cedar to 12 inches glue them side by side and you will have a panel roughly 12 in square and 3/8 thick from that you can make many different types of bowls. Just a few ideas. It's always fun to create DW Wilson's Woodworking 1 Quote
ChelCass Posted October 2, 2014 Report Posted October 2, 2014 Would also make good selling ornaments to hang in the closet to keep moths away. Quote

I love working with cedar. Quote
