LarryEA Posted October 3, 2014 Report Posted October 3, 2014 This is a beautiful time of year and the tree leaves are heavy. Does that mean a lot of snow. Here are pictures of my back yard. Rob Roy and Wilson's Woodworking 2 Quote

tvman44 Posted October 4, 2014 Report Posted October 4, 2014 We are heading up to NC in a couple of days, hoping to see some fall colors while up there. LarryEA 1 Quote
Dan Posted October 4, 2014 Report Posted October 4, 2014 Great pictures Larry. Since May I've been working outdoors and I see small changes every week. During Autumn I see changes daily. Here's a black tupelo tree in my side yard. The whole tree turned this beautiful crimson in just a week. Rob Roy, LarryEA and Wilson's Woodworking 3 Quote

Maple Trees BackYard 2014.jpg Maple Leaves Backyard 2014.jpg Maple Tree 2014.jpg Maple Leaves1 2014.jpg Lovely pictures Larry. Don't envy you having to rake up all those leaves, but my two Grandsons would have a great time running around in them . The deciduous trees here on the West coast are still pretty much green, very few leaves on the ground. That looks like a beautiful property you have there. We don't have a back yard as such here, but we live on the edge of a country park and we don't need to rake up the leaves. Oh !! and we have a CASTLE in the grounds too. . Thank you for sharing your yard with us Larry. Rob Roy. Quote

As you'll see in my reply to Larry, we don't have much of a back yard here, or a side yard come to that, but I could maybe fit in a couple of BONSAI specimens. . Thanks for sharing your yard with us Danny. Rob Roy. Quote
wombatie Posted October 4, 2014 Report Posted October 4, 2014 I love Spring and Autumn, my favorite seasons, both very colorful. Marg Quote
Kepy Posted October 4, 2014 Report Posted October 4, 2014 You are ahead of us as the trees are just starting to show a little color but has turned cool so should be starting. Don't envy you the leaf cleanup though. Quote
