Getting ready for Christmas

I have just finished cutting these  trees in 4mm Baltic Birch ply. They are both Sue Mey's patterns (and I have 2 more of her Christmas Tree patterns to cut)

Two beauties Keith. You're going to be busy. I've been off the saw for so long now I'll have to start from the beginning again.       . Keep them coming Keith. That will keep me out of the way of her indoors!!!!.

They are really great Keith.  I may do the White Christmas one for Terry for Christmas 2015.  Yes I know we still have this Christmas to get to yet but I seem to be going 1 step forward and 2 steps back at the moment.

so far everyone has asked for them in natural wood colour, so all I did was sealed them then lacquered them.

 It would be really strange for me if we had Christmas in summer, like you do. That would be like running onto the beach in December to take a dip in the ocean and the beach was all covered with snow.

Dick you would think that  after 43 years of being in Australia I would be used to having a warmish Christmas but I'm not I still long for the White Christmas's that I remember.  If it wasn't for the fact that my daughters their partners and grandchildren are here I would be on a plane faster than a speeding bullet to spend Christmas in England.  Terry, my husband, his favorite Christmas song is I'm Dreaming Of A White Christmas by Bing Crosby.
