heppnerguy
My grandson has a salt water aquarium and spends a lot of time and money on it. I got this pattern and thought it would be perfect for him. Because of the nature of the subject in it, I found it neccesary to colorize it. I found something that I had not seen before and decided to give it a try, It is called a paint pen I used them for the orange and black it this piece and really liked the way they worked.I was considering buying an air brush but I think I will stay with these when i want to paint something. this a just a segmented piece Dick heppnnerguy Edited October 6, 2014 by heppnerguy jellis

DWSUDEKUM
Dick, You're a clown... fish painter. The painting you did is very nice. Let us know how they store...ie: how long do they last. As long as you keep them capped Larry they last as long as a magic marker. We used to use them on the flightline to mark bolts and nuts and seldom did we have to replace them except when we forgot to put the caps on tight DW LarryEA

wombatie
Looks great Dick. I use paint pens too, especially on my Christmas ornament. The ones I use are Tombow (brand) what are yours? Marg
heppnerguy
I will look mine up tomorrow. I got them at Walmart for under $2 each I believe..they work better than markers because they do not leave lines where you painted and they cover almost anything besides wood
