keefie
I have just finished the second of my Christmas trees (patterns by Sue Mey) I modified the pattern and extended the base by 3/8" to give it enough wood to insert into the pine base I made for it, it isn't glued to the base so it can be used either with or without the base. A Plaque is also finished (pattern by Sheila Landry) The trees are made from 4mm birch ply and finished with sanding sealer then one coat of Lacquer, The plaque is made from 12mm birch ply (2 x 6mm pieces glued together) and finished the same way, then a red card attatched to the back for the colour. Hope you like them. Keith. Edited October 12, 2014 by keefie Docupton and Phantom Scroller
