LarryEA
It might just be your magic touch. Chipboard is the pumpkin in the Cinderella story... you turn it into
Phantom Scroller
Thanks for that Kevin but you'll never convince me to use that glue and chippings. I have a ton of that stuff at work, nearly every box this comes in from abroad is made from it. Nice cut though. Roly
Scrappile
Great job! I especially like how it looks on the holly leaves.
Rob Roy
That turned out surprisingly good Kevin. You've turned the proverbial PIG'S EAR into a SILK PURSE. Well done that man . Rob Roy.
amazingkevin
Thanks DW, I was tough cutting ,definetlly strong stuff ,But a couple of chips did fall off the front. One side is really rugged.the other flat as a chipboard, lol
amazingkevin
Thanks Larry,i sprayed it with varnish but that made the colors disappear and cloudy .Maybe from the rain humidity?LOL i met a girl at church and told her she looked like she just stepped out of a pumpkin.I'm sure she did'nt know what i was insinuating by her look .like it was an insult so i let it pass. But i was thinking along the same line as you .Pumpkin coach ,princess!Cinderella
amazingkevin
Roly, I wish I had not clear coated it, it looked nice an colorful before hand. I'm even thinking of routing the outside edge for more wood grain exposure. Maybe your chipboard is a low grade with no features we can appreciate seeing! amazingkevin
Thank you PAUL ! For years i painted huge holiday pictures on store front windows with finger paint. Holly leaves and berrys were painted by the hundreds each day .This project went ad lib all the way as i keep changeing things to late in the game. When i can relax and think about chipboard it will be nicer. Thanks for looking
amazingkevin
Rob Roy, how can you stand it not scrolling, Aug! This is my only exercise, holding my arms out, lol I'm down to about ten used blades I've been using for a month to keep expenses way down. No room for error on the finances now. I have two irons in the fire with two people trying to get me scroll work advertizing in their store, plus all the free stuff I give away to promote my work. Thanks for the kind words
