bandaideman
I was sawing away on 3D chess piece and the tension lever kept letting go about every 5-10 strokes. this got old fast. I think I have seen it discussed here or somewhere on how to fix that. It did happen before but I did something and it stopped. However I do not remember how or what I did. Other than getting younger to remember things you do what suggestions to folks have. I did clean the little lever and was done for the day since things were going south with the wood work any way. I will try again next week end. Man I am ready to retire but got to wait a little longer. Thanks for the help
Multifasited
some thing is either loose ,or the alignment of the clamp is off ! Buzz
Jim Finn
While cutting thicker material the feed rate drops off a LOT. Are you feeding the wood into the saw too fast? That may cause your problem. Try slowing way down. Buzz
Buzz
Also clean your blades , there is a film of oil on them when there shipped , this also helps from getting loose ....
