Travis
I love Mr. Bean. The guy cracks me up. Mr. Bean is a famous British goofball character played by Rowan Atkinson. He rarely speaks in the show. Its amazing how much comedy he can portray with minimal amount of words. I finished this portrait last weekend and finally got it framed this weekend. Cut with a spiral blade on 1/4" BB Ply with a felt backer. (sorry, the pattern isn't available as it was based on a poster).
Travis
I'm a big fan of British comedy. I lived in London for a short time as an exchange student and really got a kick out of their REALLY dry humor. For those who don't know who Mr Bean is, here's a sketch that pretty much sums him up. You can find him on BBC America(for you US folks). YouTube also has a lot of stuff. Anyway, enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3b2WdZq17M
realfEZ
Hi Travis, Nice cutting and a very good choice. Mr. Bean is famous around the world, won't be a surprise to find that earthlings are not the only creatures in the galaxy he cracks up. Travis
I think my favorite is either the Christmas one or when he goes to the beach. Both classics. My wife got me the complete series a few years back. After watching them all, I've come to the conclusion he's a major jerk...LOL....but he makes me laugh. Dave M
Mr Bean is hilarious. I was in England in the 80's and loved his show. He did one where he was cooking a turkey or duck and got it stuck on his head...HILARIOUS!!! Another I remember is when he was trying to get a tv signal using the old "rabbit ears", lol I think he got a clear picture while in his shorts and in the hallway. Very funny stuff!! Oh and great portrait!! lol

stevebuk
great likness of Mr bean Travis, nice cutting. He is without doubt one of the funniest characters here on TV, but Rowan Atkinson is very popular as Black Adder too, check him out.
Travis
I've seen him in the first 3 seasons and he's great. We own the entire series, now I'm thinking I should go back through it again. That should give me something to do until the snow melts. Hmmmm....good idea. Personally I can't stand this guy......drives me nuts. But then my hubby says I don't have a funny bone either lol. I don't think most comedians are funny.
