It's freezing here, literally, it's only suppose to be in the 20s today with windchills in the teens.  I'm so not looking forward to my 4 mile walk today.  But I must do it and my younger daughter won't let me get out of it!  She is excellent about keeping me on track, even though some days I wish she wasn't :)

What is everyone up to today?

Good Morning Kelly... Just a bit of morning left.

I got up, fed the horses, ate a bit of Dan's breakfast and went back to bed.

My scroll saw is down until I get switch, brushes and fuse. It's cold out, Sooooooo

I took a morning nap.

That is a little colder than it is here Rob - do you have any pictures to share of where you live?  I have never been out of the United States.

Roly - sorry you are at work, I work from home, which can get me into trouble LOL

Larry - hey wait a minute, how come you get a nap and I get to walk?!?!?!?!?  :)

Bob - It was bitter cold out there.  I wore 2 pairs of pants, 3 shirts, my gloves, a hat, and a scarf.  I looked ridiculous LOL But I was some what warm

My younger daughter and I walk every day because I'm trying to lose weight to be a kidney donor for my husband.  We don't know if I'm a match or not, they won't even make an appointment until we are at the weight we need to be.  But I'm going to lose it and if I can't donate directly to Hubby, I will donate it to someone else in a swap to get Hubby a kidney.  I was only 20 pounds away from my goal, but then I fell down the stairs and gained 10 pounds.... blah.... so now I need to lose 30, which seems to get harder and harder.

I decided what I want to scroll today, but have to get work, chores, and meals done first, so it may not happen, but I'm going to try!

Hope you guys have a great day!

Hi Kelly, almost 80F down here today, a beautiful spring day.   I think it is highly commendable what you are doing for you husband, but I am sorry that he is unwell.  Hope all goes well for you both.   I need to lose weight for my benefit but have trouble just getting motivated.     Not done any scrolling myself for a couple of days but have my fingers crossed for tomorrow. ;)

Hans - what creations did you and your sweetheart create?

Kevin - wow you were on a roll today! Are they gifts? Pictures?

Marg - what beautiful weather it sounds like there! No need to be sorry. God is always good and He has a plan. There are hard days but then there are also days that we appreciate so much more because of Hubby's health. Our marriage is far stronger than it would of been had hubby been healthy. We are blessed. :)

Nice Kevin - can't wait to see them!

I normally make rolls from scratch, but just made a quick trip to the store and saw that they have brown and serve rolls.... yum, yum.  I could make a meal out of those LOL

Hope everyone is having a great Thursday!
