Scrappile
I have always had a huge fear of snakes. Cannot touch one, do not like to be around them. I thought doing this picture might help me get over it. I enjoyed making it, I still do not like snakes! This is a Charles Dearing pattern, 1/8" Baltic Birch. 9 1/2" x 12" used 3/0 FD spiral blades. ike
I don't like snakes either. My wife fears them. I have a n agreement with snakes when we meet they have a good chance to leave before I get a hoe. Sorry snake lovers just keep them away from me. Tdub4ever
Very nice cutting Paul! Have you figured out why the 3/0 spiral kept breaking on you?
Scrappile
Thank you all for the nice comments. Very nice cutting Paul! Have you figured out why the 3/0 spiral kept breaking on you? Will I found that loading the bottom end first when replacing the blade, helped quite a bit. That was a suggestion from Kevin I think. I also have ordered a new bottom clamp to put on. I noticed that my threads on the bottom clamp are getting munched some and I had to use pliers once to loosen the screw. I'm going to replace it and the screw, put some anti-sieze on the new one. I'm hoping that will take care of the problem. heppnerguy
wow , Paul. Very impressive. Hans, it looks like you have some competition here with Paul. But then I know you are always glad to see such a piece by anyone but excellence is what you enjoy so much. Dick heppnerguy
