So I finally made a floppy footed duck!

Lin has been telling me for some time I needed to make some of these. And we did have a couple folks ask about them recently. So I finally decided is was time to make some. Body and wheels are 3/4" bb ply, rod is 7/16 dia and a 2" wooden knob finished of the top. The flappy feet are 1/16" closed cell foam sheet.

I would bet even money that this is the cats meow for small youngsters.I've never seen one but the realizim of it walking and the motion of their flaping feet has got to be the most entertaining joy in a kids world.I would love to see their faces as they try it for the first time.Excellent job.Yes wives do have their moments when they are right ,lolsee their faces as the feet go rourand the first time .Excellent job on these.

I also like this  piece. I really am not really interested in making toys, but I have found that the ones that i have made have been some of the most fun to make.  good job, I know some kid will be following this one all around the house
