Hi, Had a look at the work Steve Good does and saw this vase {free plan} , The wife wants 2 so this is the first one

I got all the pieces out of a 12" x 12" piece of pine........Paul

Nice job, Paul! I hope you signed up to get Steve's daily post....he always has something interesting. I like the top and bottom of the vase....it looks much more stable than what was in one of the scrollsaw magazines. Thanks for showing us. Your wife has good taste!

Nice looking vase! Using pine puts a diffrant look to it. Are you going to leave it the natural look or stain or paint? Great job cutting and lining every thing up.

Boy, that turned out really pretty. I really like the grain of the pine. Adds a nice effect, especially on the basket weave pattern. Nicely done.

Fine job here Grandpa , Steve has a lot of good patterns for sure . I've made several of his so-called bowls too , but most people called them vases instead of bowls .....................Marshall
