That's a good one LarryEA,i can't even remember what i had for breakfast,lol, I listen to the religious radio station outside so i guess my neighbor does too,lol I think about what they are trying to convey some sticks most goes thru one ear and on out the other .But good vibes in the background along with quality time scrolling makes me a very happy camper.I have good thoughts mostly as i'm at piece with the world scrolling. I make them for mine so I can have zci for different set-ups. I make mine from hardwood. Of course it's easy because I had the factory insert to copy but still I think it would be fairly straight forward make one and it would greatly improve the safety of the saw and may assist in dust collection too. I know you're a busy guy but consider fabricating a proper insert. Just out of curiosity do you use the saw for both ripping and cross cutting or just ripping stock? Happy New Year Kevin!
