It was 17 in coastal NC this morning!.....Now i know thats not cold for some of you folks...but around here it's nippy!

 So let's start the day with eggs any way you want them...cheese grits..bacon..home fries...toast...jam...and of coarse coffee and tea of your choice!..........Then have a safe day in the shop!

Cheese grits???Never had ! But i'm sure i;m going to love them so 86 it on the menu ,i'll take all you have! Mix my scrambled eggs in them and sandwich them in between two large crispy hashbrowns for a sandwich to go.My mouth is watering so much right now thinking about it make that one for here and two too go!Bout time we had a chef on the go here!Thanks ,ill be back!

Re The Cold. 50+ years ago, when Serving in the Military, I spent a year in the Army at Camp Tuto. Half way between the Artic Circle and the North Pole, near the Thule, Greenland Air Force Base.

 

The biggest hazard we faced were the Snow Snakes. They would try to crawl up your b_____ and freeze you to death.

Just a Chai Latte for me Steve, thank you.  Very chilly and wet here at the moment and set to stay the same until about next Thursday I think.  Summer seems to have gone but I'm not complaining.  Stay safe everyone and try to stay warm.
