ND oil cars headed where??

In the video, they're on their way to the Humpyard in Moncton,N.B. After they all pass over the hump to be lined up in order, they will be heading out west of here.

It's a cool video to watch, but, if your the Engineer of the train it's very unnerving. Just think of it for a minute, you can't see where your going, you can't see if there's something or someone stuck on the tracks. And even at the lower speed that this train was operating at, it would still take over a mile to stop it.

Having way to much experience driving snow! Yes that has to scare the engineer at many times!

I am never going to be driving in one again if I can possibly avoid it!

I have been in blizzards where I literally felt my way with a vehicle and did not have rails to help stay on "track"! It is very scary-- but there were times that stopping was get stranded for??????

So tried and did make it through mostly!

I was a "essential employee" and sometimes they had to come and get me! Once was a pay-loader- they are pretty good in snow if they are big enough! When the tires are 7 feet tall they can go through a lot of snow!

Blizzards are no fun and snow banks can be deadly! Many people have frozen to death within a few hundred yards of good shelter because they did not know it was there or had lost orientation and were totally lost!

Even staying in a stuck vehicle killed many.
