Kragax Posted April 3, 2015 Report Posted April 3, 2015 I'm old enough to remember wooden underwear, but not wooden watches. J/K grampa, Gordster and Scrolling Steve 3 Quote
DWSUDEKUM Posted April 3, 2015 Report Posted April 3, 2015 i HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR MORE INFORMATION ON HOW TO MAKE WOODEN WATCHES. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BOOK ON THAT? That would depend upon if the watch was going to be worn either on a chain like a pocket watch or on your wrist or from a necklace like a pendant or even be large enough to put on the wall. Steve Good has some patterns you might want to look at : http://www.stevedgood.com/pocketwatch.pdf Essentially one just needs a hole drilled partially through the piece to hold the watch mechanism and the rest is whatever you can design. Do a Google search and you will find great ideas. DW Quote
