wombatie Posted April 17, 2015 Report Posted April 17, 2015 I have been on 2 very frustrating web sites in the last 3 weeks. The 2nd one was today, it used to be the easiest to use to register a warranty for a new appliance but not any more. I spent over an hour and its still not registered. Even went on the open chat to fix the problem and that was just as bad. They sent me a survey to fill in which I was eager to do and even that was damaged and not working properly. Now I have resorted to the old fashioned way and written out the warranty and written a letter. I have told them that they fixed something that wasn't broken, they suggest that we register on line and the address that they give does not work etc, etc. They probably will read it and file it in the waste paper bin but it made me feel better.
