amazingkevin Posted May 1, 2015 Report Posted May 1, 2015 1.5 forstner drill holes .5 deep in 3.4'' plywood. customer has the largest bead,precious stone company in town ,established many years.I've been getting repeat different work from her repeatedly.My meal ticket!!!!.I had to pattern these with the pattern she sent me from a different job.She's amazed at all i can do with a scroll saw for her company. I use sawtooth forstner bits Kevin. They cut a wee bit quicker, kind of expensive but worth the cost. You must have a fair pile of chippings after boring all those holes, hope you've got a big broom. . Rob Roy. Quote

Lol, My shop is like a brothel with peanut shells(saw dust and wood chips) everywhere.Good thing i weigh as much as i do to compact them as i maneuver around in there,i'm the broom.I'll check into sawtooth bits ,i had no idea such animals live,lol thanks for the heads up! :D :D Rob Roy 1 Quote
