Gordster Posted May 14, 2015 Report Share Posted May 14, 2015 (edited) Made these two signs for customers.The letters are cut from the board.I tilt saw table to the left at 5 degrees. I then cut Counterclockwise. That puts a small bevel on letters and they stick up about 3/16th of an inch or so.then just glue them in place. I put spar varnish on body but not on letters as it will turn the white yellow.These do not have finish on them as yet.
