Gordster Posted May 14, 2015 Report Posted May 14, 2015 (edited) Made these two signs for customers.The letters are cut from the board.I tilt saw table to the left at 5 degrees. I then cut Counterclockwise. That puts a small bevel on letters and they stick up about 3/16th of an inch or so.then just glue them in place. I put spar varnish on body but not on letters as it will turn the white yellow.These do not have finish on them as yet.
