dog bone keychain

STEVE GOOD told me to uninstall key chain 1.01 so i could load the new dog bone 1.01 keychain upgrade but can't get the old out to let the new improved keychain 1.01 in help help ANYBODY?Nothing happens when i push uninstall hum?

Open control panel

add remove programs

let it populate the page..

scroll down and find the program

click on remove..

Kevin I did not uninstall the program. I just downloaded the new version and installed with out any problems.

Dear sir's and madam's,I have long ago done what you have suggested for me to do to uninstall the program.I have uninstalled many many many programs.This is the first one that will not disappear.It doesn't make any sence to me . Can you offer in your expertice another way of erradicateing the program? I'm open for kind suggestions. please and thank you . I know some body is smarter than the average bear out there,boo boo!Ah yes DALE i had done that to as STEVE GOOD had suggested that a week ago to.Sometimes it works sometimes it don't.Some like it hot some like it cold lol.

You may try and delete it out manually by going into your program files and finding it and delete it to the bin then remove from the bin and then reinstall. I had to do this once on a program before it would update.

Man.. I think I have a big head now... J/k. I'm far from a guru. I only knew this b/c it happened to me once. I was in the same situation you was, not knowing what to do or how to do it. Someone on another type of fourm I belong to helped me with that suggestion and it worked then, so I thought I would pass it along cuz it sounded a lot like what happened to me. I'm just glad you got it figured out.
