Scrappile Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 I really like that. I need to get some acrylic to play around with. What type of blade do you use when sawing it? Quote
bonacker Posted June 14, 2015 Author Report Posted June 14, 2015 For my delicate work I love the 2/0 blade. Quote
penquin Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 That is just super looking. What an effect that acrylic gives you. Outstanding. Love it. The 2/0 blades don't cause the acrylic to melt together after the cut. Would seem like that might happen, just wondering? Thanks for sharing is super work with us all. jim penquin Quote
bonacker Posted June 14, 2015 Author Report Posted June 14, 2015 My Ex21 with 2/0 blades work fine. Just don't use high speed and let the blade do the work You can use larger blades but don't use over a #2 or 3 blade, as it can get choppy and tight turns are difficult to get accurate. I have had no melting problems. Practice first on a piece of scrap acrylic. You'll soon see what works for you. Quote
