The sign is for our HR Payroll lady who is retiring after 25 yrs. ( The wood is from the same board as my Mexico sign - the dark is the other end of that piece ) 

The Cross is from Steve Good and just looked cool to cut ( it is unfinished - still need to cut base and finish )

The Wizard Of Oz silhouettes are just from surfing the web for something cool.

Very nice, love your welcome sign, cross is also an eye catcher

Thanks, But i thought the pattern was kind of wompy ( i wear a jewelers visor when I cut and the lines to me seemed wavy )  ( a close up would show it, )

I still Like it Though!!!

Love the Welcome sign and the cross.  I am intrigued with the silhouettes,  are you going to paint them? Did you have a special reason for cutting them?  Just interested. :huh:
