How do I reduce picture resolution size?

SO I used to be able to do it thru EMAIL by cut and pasting the picture.

Since I changed to Google Chrome, I can't get a picture to paste in my Email.

What other methods are there to reducing the picture to the size acceptable

for SSV?

I hope I don't have to load any software.

I was on land line with Internet Explorer, everything kept getting worse.  

Got HughesNet and went with first browser I found. 

I have nothing to compare it to except what I had, so,... It's acceptable.

I like what I had (not the land line!) because I was use to it, had it for many years.

It shouldn't be your browser it woud be yor email. Yahoo allows you to send large attachments

If you haven't tried Firefox as your browser give it a try it has a lot of nice features and is safer.

You need Microsoft Office to use picresize I believe. 

So I am now cornered.

The link I sent you works.  I did it myself without Microsoft Office.  I'm wondering if you were looking at an ad.  There is no shortage of ads on that website.
