amazingkevin Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) It's not been easy, finding quality time to scroll but managed to squeeze in an hour here and there. One is 15" & the other is 16" in walnut .One is 1 1/8th " thick and the other is 7/8's thick one took 3.5 hours to cut the other 4 hours .The first eagle i cut was 10" and took 2 hours and i think it was thinner than either of these too. A scroll reverse #12 was used to get them out of the large wood blank ,And then a scroll reverse # 7 did the inside fret work..thanks for looking! Scrappile Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 Those look great. Working on one myself, Kevin. I increased the size of mine to 14" wingspan. It will be a wall hanging, if it turns out well enough that I would not be ashamed to hang it. Which means it needs to look almost as nice as your. Great to see you are getting some scroll time.
