Pattern downloads

Hi everyone. I seem to be having a problem downloading patterns from the pattern library. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. When I download them they are coming out small and the printer is printing 3 or 4 at a time when I only have one selected. Can someone help me. Thanks ralph.

Ralph if you hover over the pattern and right click you will see options click the one you want then download. Roly

I just tried to duplicate your issue. If you just right click and select save image as, it will give you the icon view. Left clcik on the icon of the pattern you want, it will open up it. Then you can right click and select save image as. It will then download the completed pattern in full size. I'm assuming you are running windows in this post. Hope this helps you.

Thanks Wayne, I tried that out and it worked ok. Thanks for your help.I think I was trying to print it out right from the site. Duh.
