Phantom Scroller
Well I went out and bought two boards for £4.99 each and let the wife keep the other one I bought first. So she's a happy bunny, which left me to cut up the first board and turned the first pen with a bic infill simple design so next it will be some pen kits with gold I think,so watch this space. Have a great day all. Roly Edited August 11, 2015 by Phantom Scroller bobscroll and LarB
DWSUDEKUM
Roly, I have been working with bamboo for a while now and one thing I will tell you right off the bat is bamboo has a lot of silica in it and will dull blades very quickly so do not be surprised if you have to sharpen your lathe tools a lot when working with it. Looking forward to seeing your pens. DW Phantom Scroller
