A local lumber company wants a stencil  cut for spraying their logo on the sides of their

lumber packs. The stencil is about two feet by two feet (2' x 2').

They want it cut in 1/8" plexaglass.

My question is what is the best blade for cutting 1/8 inch plexaglass.

I have some #1 spirals or large variety of straight ones.

Some of the stencil can be cut with a jig saw but most like the curves I need to be

cut by the scroll saw.

Thank you

Larry

I would agree with either blade choice. I don't use spiral for anything I have them just not figured how to use them. Taping is a must both sides and I have always had good success with Duct tape glue the pattern to the duct tape. Very slow. I found this procedure on Sloan's web site years ago when I purchased some plexi to make ornaments and other patterns. Works well. Main thing slow

#5 and the tape...Thanks all.

But because of how the pattern is applied, I can only tape one side....

The pattern is sprayed on....

Again, I really appreciate all comments...even Steve's :D
