Bpardue
I was able to FINALLY finish the large piece I have been working on for a client. The Cowboy & The Trail Begins both designs are by JGR but I motified them to combine them into 1 piece. the are right at 350 pieces give or take. it measures 5'6" long and at its tallest piont (tips of the feathers) 34". Woods used are: Sapale, aromatic cedar, spanish cedar, walnut, cherry, maple, mahogney, poplar, Peruvin Walnut, Peru Amarillo, Purpleheart and I'm sure there are a few others but can't remember. Thanks for the comments in advance. Lucky2, neptun, LarB and 5 others

The wood you used and the shaping is 2nd to none. That is a museum piece for sure. Lucky2
Rob Roy
A stupendous piece of artistry Brian. I greatly admire your patience and determination, if it was me, I would have slung it to the other end of the street after the fist hour. Just beautiful Brian. You should be well proud of that piece of work, and hope we see some more of your magic. Rob Roy.

Scrappile
A masterful piece of work! My only comment would be when you take pictures of your work, use a nicer background. It deserves better than a garage door. Would make your piece look even better. Scrolling Steve

Bpardue
No how everything is held together there is a 2 piece back made from 1/4 ply. There are 2 hangers on the back one behind the cowboy & one behind the Indian. The rope was added to hide some raising shims across the bottom. I is going on display in a private collection here in NC. The owner of the piece is picking it up this weekend.
