Roly keep pivoting joints loose. I use 7/32" axle pins through a 1/4" clearance hole. And make sure the mounting holes for the axle pins into the body and wheel is snug. Just remember to make the wheels and the inner leg segments the same thickness of material. I once had a brain fart and made the legs from 1/2" and the wheels from 3/4". It didn't end well!
