Well Steve said it was an eagle but I'm with you it could be a falcon or with some flames maybe a phoenix. Thanks for your comment

What blade did you use?

Don't know what wood. It came from a demolished shelf. Just cleaned it up (with my new sander), cut, and blo dipped. Am guessing some kind of pine really moist wood. Number 1 blade.
