I too wish to welcome you into our open community of scrollers. There are people from all over this globe that are very active here. That is the secret to feeling a part of our family. be active here. There is a large assortment of things posted here to help you, should you desire to use it, and we all hope you will. Not only all the free patterns you are welcome to download and cut but ' the coffee shop' is a fun place to hang out and get to  know the people here. You will also find a lot of good information on making patterns and much more in ' the university' tab in the forum section. it is all up to you, how involved you wish to become. Many of us spend at least once a day in The Village. So relax, read all you want  and pop in on the forum and let others know you enjoy their contributions. There are several good pattern makers who love to share their talents with you, should you ask, and make a pattern for you if  you are after something special and can't find it. Just a post of your cutting and a 'thank you and recognition for the pattern maker is all they want in return. So how can you lose? If you find you are having trouble understanding how to do something here, like post a photo or answer a post, just ask. Your blades seem to be jumping all over your pattern and you can't seem to keep on the line ? Ask what you can do to fix that problem. That is one of the things we all here enjoy about our family, we can and do help one another. What is the best blade to use for a particular wood ? You might find that sort of question, quite interesting and informative, as the answers may vary a little, but non are incorrect, just different strokes for different folks. Like do I like Ford or Chevy?

Log on often and we hope to get to know you better, real soon

I also enjoy working with my older delta lathe, among other things.
