daddy_tindell Posted October 4, 2015 Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 i know a lot of people post on problems with their saws...and dewalt seems to have its share. but here lately my saw cant cut a straight line....cant cut a sharp corner...and is knocking like the dang police. checked alighment of blade and tension...nothing....i wanted to ask for ideas before i dive into it and see what else i can mess up. DW_Austin_01(1).pdfDW_Austin_01(2).pdf Mine has a broken bolt here making noise in the second picture this one makes alot of noise as the nut came off #34 # washer and nut ,they need to be put back on with thread lock. amazingkevin Posted October 4, 2015 Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 thanks kevin Theres more but it's a lot harder to repair.unless your a watch maker.All of my dw repairs either required re tightening a nut or a bolt and or greasing with Valvoline synthetic grease.The worst repair was on the connecting rod right off the motor .the nut fell off .Made a lot of hammering noises ,easy fix but a lot of dis assembly Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
