JohnR48
Most of my work is in 1/4" BB. To date I have been using 2/0 Regular Tooth and 1, 3, and 5 Reverse tooth. Any suggestions or criticism would be appreciated. Thanks to those who reply. oneleggimp
MrsN
which brand are you using? If you are using one of the random store brands, you will find lots of improvements if you go to either flying duchman or olsen blades. From there, it is mostly about how it feels to you. try one for a while, try a different one for a while, see what you like best. oneleggimp
LarryEA
Just like Katie said.... Other than that, I go by dimensions of blades. I use a lot of blades that are .026 If you like how it cuts...
Sycamore67
I use the Flying Dutchman Ultra Reverse. These work well for me and you might give them a try and see how you like them. oneleggimp

ike
I prefer Olson's blades . with Flying Dutchman's you have to clesn the blade to git it to stay in the saw with Olson just put it in and there is no problems. Thats what works for me;. The flying Dutchman blades are good I just like Olson's Edited October 5, 2015 by ike
KurtP
I use the FD Ultra Reverse never had a problem with them. I get mine from Mikes workshop and usually order the blades and mini drill bits at the same time. oneleggimp
heppnerguy
My go to blade is the #3 double tooth/ reverse. It is not too aggressive so it is easy to stay on the line for me, no matter how small or curvy the pattern Dick heppnerguy

ike
They must use a different oil on the Olson's blades I never have to clean them and I have blades that I have had for a couple of years and they have not rusted at all. go figure. WayneMahler
I use Flying Dutchman only. For 1/4 inch bb I normally use a #3 Ultra Reverse, even when stack cutting 2 deep. I have used a #5 UR but seem the #3 handles it well for me. oneleggimp
