ike
nice work Due to the bad dust I think I would be using cedar, even though I have a dust mask.
Kepy
A week! That would take me more like 6 mos. Beautiful work and I'm sure the customers will be happy. I was in my local Meeks a while back and found some nice 1x4 pine that was #3 grade but had some decent boards for a reasonable price. I have cut some small pieces that I will split on my bandsaw as soon as the electrician figures out my problem. I did split one piece that I am using to cut the mailman sign to get two pieces but takes me longer as I can't cut for very long periods at a time.
