Around the corner
Travis do we have to worry about copywrite with using patterns made by members here. I tried to get permission from a member and am not getting no feedback so do I use the pattern or leave it. Around the corner
Scrappile
I'm not Travis but this is the first sentence I see when I click on "Pattern Library": "Free scroll saw patterns provided by Scroll Saw Village members. If you download a pattern, please take a little time and thank the pattern designer in the comments section." To my knowledge they are all free. I do all I can to give the pattern maker credit for any pattern I use. Rob Roy and Phantom Scroller
Fish
Yes they are free, I agree with Scrappile, just give who did it credit. I always write who it was on the back of my finished piece.
Travis
Yup. If they're posted here, it's OK to make. The only stipulation is that you don't re-distribute the pattern itself.
rjR
I seem to modify and make many changes in any pattern I get from anywhere-- so I am basically just using their idea to make my own! If anyone wants to use the things I make a s Ideas They are very welcome too! Appreciate the compliment! I do not think things can come out as clones anyway!
