Sparkey Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 There should be a plate on the motor with the wiring hook up. If not Google the number on the motor and you should be able to get it there. Quote
ike Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 I worked in a motor manufacturing plant for 28 years and unless you have a schematic all you can do is guess if you combine any of these wires togather be syre and check them all out with an ohm meter you should get no reading if you do and run it that way ;you will short out the motor . if you know the company yu mignt be able to find out other wise lots of luck. ike Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 Your best bet is to buy a new motor from Delta Some times you are better off buying a new saw depending on the age of the saw. Quote

Lucky2 Posted November 5, 2015 Report Posted November 5, 2015 Jim, most electricians would answer any questions you have regarding this motor, that's who I would be asking. You must know an electrician or two, maybe even a electric motor repair shop. It usually doesn't cost anything to ask them a few questions, and you never know, they might have an answer for you.
