redwine
Tomsteve, Great looking cuts and you really should finish the tiger-swallowtail butterfly. I have thought about doing that one for some time but just never got with it. One question, where you get the anchor cross pattern? I would like to cut that one for a special person here in the southwest. Good job on all of the cuts!! Redwine

tomsteve
thanks all. actually theres mistakes in every piece i have ever made. theres already a repair i have to do on the butterfly. the two big open area arent supposed to be open.i forgot to modify the pattern there to add some strength. the blades used... on the deer and butterfly, 1,3, and 5 fd spirals. on the rest a #5 fd ultra reverse which is what i mainly use. i use a #3 when theres tight corners or fragile parts like the dogs' whiskers. thanks all for the comments! i actually have quite a collection of ss work as i do everything in multiples. love seeing people when they open their presents or when someone requests a certain "unique" item and they get it and say, "perfect!!" plus a few things i did for myself. tomsteve
Great work! I really love that cross! Did you bevel cut those per the instructions on the pattern or did you cut the lettering out and over-lay it? God Bless! Spirithorse the bevel cut is an awesome idea but i like to make multiples so just cut everything at a 90 and overlayed. im thinkin of doing one for myself with the bevel cut and thinking about what lumber to use. but have quite a few other projects to do beforehand.
