Dan Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 (edited) This is a Christmas present for my son and daughter-in-law. Made from 1/2 inch ash, very hard. It's waiting to be finished but I think it's coming out pretty good. I will use a black backer. Thanks for looking. Oh, I tried the script "a" two different ways. I definitely like the "a" in Jasmine better than the one in Matthew. Edited December 3, 2015 by Dan Scrappile, lawson56, bobscroll and 2 others 5 Quote

woodduck Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 Very well done Dan .Those intersecting names look like they are done on a very small scale ,have not seen it on such a scale before, they look very delicate & nice. Quote

Kepy Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 Well done! I would think ash would be hard. I like aspen or soft maple as they both are light colored and nice to cut. Guess I am going to have to break down and learn to do this, maybe this winter when the snow blows and is too cold for the shop. Quote
