LarryEA
This is Cherry - 15 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 1/2 thick. Backer is 1/4" ply. Cut with a .026" x .013" #2 Two coats of BLO (will apply lacquer later) Thank you Smitty! An easy to cut pattern. I enjoy these Intersecting Word patterns. Marg Marg, Good question and 'YES' is the answer. I don't know what to compare it to for you. For me, it is an excellent wood, easy to work, fine textured, strong and beautiful especially with a finish. If you ever order any, you will like it.
