ubgoofy2003 Posted December 26, 2015 Report Posted December 26, 2015 I really like the spiral blades & haven't used anything but, FD. I like the 3/0, 2/0 spirals for the portraits that I do. I do use larger ones, but, like the fine detail of the small ones. Can't use the reverse spiral though, they are too aggressive & dusty. I do use a flat blade for some longer straight cuts, like the Silver reverse or the Ultra reverse. If I cut 3/4 in. oak, I like to use the polar or larger Silver reverse. ;Most of my cutting is fret as I do a lot of personal portraits & pets also. I personally think you need to work with different blades & find what works for you & your kind of cutting. Good Scrolling to you all. LarryEA 1 Quote
