Now that we don't have mail service, just the big box on the corner the wife asked me to make her a key chain. I did and thought what a great way to use up the scrap bits. I made girly stuff like doves, seahorse, cats and took them to work and sold them all. It wasn't a money maker but brought in a few bucks. Give. It a try guys. (Done probably over 200) but I like the idea of doing animals etc. as sometimes to long names just don't work as a keychain. I can see this working for tags on back packs. I add ball chain instead of d-ring. Thanks for the idea. Don PS: I love the community mail box. When I go away I don't have to worry about the mail building up in my mail box etc. plus small parcels are dropped there. I use both the ring and the chain.. I get my mail delivered to my mailbox at the end of my driveway, and any parcels that I might be expecting get delivered right to my door. And, we do get a fair amount of parcels.
