Which do you like better? Ladder or dalmatian puppy version! The ladder version takes twice as long to complete, mainly because it involves a router and individual cuts on the ladder truss. I think the key for the ladder looks a little fragile, especially for kids, although I love the ladder. For production sake, I would go with the Dalmatian puppy. I've had several private messages asking for the pattern. I've been in contact with a publisher and hopefully it will be available in the next several months. DWSUDEKUM Posted December 28, 2015 Report Share Posted December 28, 2015 Great job on both. Since they are going to be taken apart and put back together I like the one with the dog slightly better. I think the ladder will provide too much force on the nub that it fits on and it might break off. Might wish to redesign that part of it to have 2 or more nubs supporting the ladder. It won't break now but the truss part of the ladder is fragile - it's only 1/8" thick because I routed out 1/2" from 3/4" stock. Certainly not for younger children.
