amazingkevin
Almost a $400.00 dollar job and climbing still .At a dollar a letter and need it tomorrow I'm trying.I blowout my dw788 i used for 7 hard labor years ,mostly plywood 3/4:" The bolt on the top and bottom front mechanize are broken and wobbled themselves bigger hole ,I pulled down a brand new dw788 from the shelf and am back in business again.Only to find out the top bolt on this one is ready to go too.No wonder i got it cheap .Not a scratch on it.All these names and more is my project and i cut all but 9 today since 1:00 to 6:00,5 hours on speed 7and a #9 scroll reverse blade. He brought the 3/4" maple in sealed plastic bags for me to use36" long x6" wide. i ripped them long ways in half the letters are basically 2" tall x 10.75" long Then for extra money he wants a sticky backing colored on them ,no stand so they don't take up much space on the shelvement=27the new sawthe wore out one Bandito, bobscroll and lawson56
Rob
Your output is astonishing Kevin but don't burn yourself out. Make sure you take some time to recuperate once this one is done and try to relax and enjoy Christmas. Take care of yourself. Rob
