Marshall
These turned out real well , I've only done one Portrait in my time { I like the hair on the girls } . I was afraid to do the hair on mine like this , but I can see that it looks nice on the girls . Maybe if I try another one later I'll do the hair different .........be proud of your fine work ....... RichB
I did make the frames. I stack cut each one with 1/8 BB so I have 6 pictures. Three for my son and his wife and three for us. The center one was the first and we learned not to make it so complicated on the second girl. It cut ok but it took a lot of time and a lot of holding the long strips down. The boy I did in in one day. This was a lot of fun and I learned a lot doing them. Everything I learned I learned from Travis and other ones on this Forum. I plan on doing more. My next one will be one of our house of 30 yrs which was taken down for a high rise. Thanks to everyone for your help. RichB

RichB
My wife and I thank all of you for the kind compliments. We can't wait for our son and his wife, and kids, to see them Christmas. I haven't posted much on here because of all the work on these cuttings and the pens me and my son make. I have a much more appreciation for the art of Scroll Sawing now.
